I used a tag I received from a sale magazine and altered it with gesso, blue distress paint, and stamped it with white paint using bubble wrap. Then I used leftover beads from another project on various places on the tag.. Then I covered the entire tag with some leftover netting, I then misted the entire tag with Perfect Pearls Mist. I used a small piece of burlap over the left side of the tag and placed a row of lace at the bottom of the tag. I then used blue paper from my stash to make the roses. I had some leftover pearls from a beading project that I placed in the center of each rose.
